How to use tool tips

When tool tips automatically appear

The first time you sign in to MediSprout — or the first time you open a section like the calendar, workflows, or superbills — tool tips appear as small popups around the webpage near important functions. Tool tips offer brief information about the function of each key feature. Continue the tour of each page using tool tips by selecting Next to advance to the next feature. To go back to a previous feature, select Prev. Skip the tool tips tour at any time by hitting the exit icon inside the popover.

How to relaunch the tool tips at any time

From any screen, select the Help icon in the top-right corner (a question-mark icon).
The tool tips will restart automatically from the page you are on.

Resetting all tool tips

If you want to see every tool tip again across all the entire MediSprout platform, you can reset from your settings.

From the main menu, select Profile and then Settings.
Under Preferences, find Tool tips and select Reset to default.
Sign out and back in. Tool tips will run again on each page you visit.

Different tours for different roles

The tool tips you see depend on your role. Providers and admins see tours for the calendar, workflows, superbills, and admin settings. Patients see tours for My records, Schedule a visit, My tasks, and Billing. Schedulers and billers see only the tool tips relevant to their permissions.
