      I want to cancel a visit

      • To cancel a requested visit: 

      From the My visits request section you can cancel all the visits in status Requested just by accessing to the details of the requested visit and pressing the cancel visit request at the bottom of the page as shown below:

       

      The visit cannot be canceled through the system or through the "My upcoming visits" if it has been accepted and scheduled already by the provider. In this case you will need to contact your provider's office to cancel or make the cancelation through your Patient Portal.
