On the MediSprout main menu, select My records and then Provider notes. If a provider has entered notes for you, they will appear in a list here. For long lists, you can search for specific notes using the filter tools. Search by provider, by specialty, or by date.
Select View notes so see a popup view of a shared note by your provider. Patients can only view notes, not edit them.
