# Subscriptions, monitoring usage

From the **Subscription** menu, select **MediSprout Plan/ Current Usage**. There you will see the number of completed visits and the number of upcoming visits. 

Status information also includes: 

**At Free Tier limit:** You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but the provider has completed the four Free Tier visits per month. Subscribe to Unlimited Visits to unblock the provider so scheduled visits can be completed. 

**Approaching Free Tier limit:** You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has completed three of the four Free Tier visits. 

**At Free Tier limit:** You are not yet subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has four Free Tier visits to complete.

**NOTE:** Administrators can also monitor the usage of additional subscriptions from the same screen: **AI Notes usage** (based on the total length of audio processed during the current billing period) and **AMA CPT codes subscription status** for each provider in the organization. AI Notes and AMA CPT charges appear in Subscriptions → Transactions alongside MediSprout visit charges.
