# How to monitor subscription usage

## Learn how to check the status of your MediSprout subscription, plus usage of AI notes and CPT codes, if subscribed to each.

From the **Subscription** menu, select **MediSprout Plan/ Current Usage**. There you will see the number of completed visits and the number of upcoming visits. 

Status information includes 

**At Free Tier limit:** You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but the provider has completed the four Free Tier visits per month. Subscribe to Unlimited Visits to unblock the provider so scheduled visits can be completed. 

**Approaching Free Tier limit:** You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has completed three of the four Free Tier visits. 

**At Free Tier limit:** You are not yet subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has four Free Tier visits to complete.

Administrators can also monitor the usage of additional subscriptions, such as AI Notes and AMA CPT codes charges which appear in **Subscriptions** → **Transactions** alongside MediSprout visit charges.

- **AI Notes usage:** based on the total length of audio processed during the current billing period
- **AMA CPT codes:** subscription status for each provider in the organization.
