Subscriptions, monitoring usage

From the Subscription menu, select MediSprout Plan/ Current Usage. There you will see the number of completed visits and the number of upcoming visits. 

Status information also includes: 

At Free Tier limit: You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but the provider has completed the four Free Tier visits per month. Subscribe to Unlimited Visits to unblock the provider so scheduled visits can be completed. 

Approaching Free Tier limit: You have not subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has completed three of the four Free Tier visits. 

At Free Tier limit: You are not yet subscribed to Unlimited Visits, but that provider has four Free Tier visits to complete.
