With an activated guardian account, guardians can access dependent account information and make changes while “impersonating” or acting on behalf of the dependent.
Sign into your MediSprout account. From the main menu, select Dependents. There you will see a list of dependents on the account along with visit details and provider notes. From here, there are two ways to access account details so you can make changes on behalf of a dependent.
- Select Visit details from the list of dependents. Select Yes when prompted to change your profile.
- Use the drop-down menu on the top right of the display and select the dependent for whom you want to make account changes.
Use the Visits main menu to access other parts of the account to make changes, review details, pay bills, or request visits. Remember, any changes you make while “impersonating” a dependent will appear in that dependent’s part of the account.
