How to add your driver's license to your personal information

MediSprout uses your driver's license (or another government-issued ID) to verify your identity and to populate insurance and superbill information accurately. Here is how to add it.

How to add your driver's license

  1. Sign in to MediSprout from the MyMedi Health app or web.
  2. From the main menu, select Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Identification section and select Add driver's license (or Edit if you have added one before).
  4. Enter your driver's license number, the state of issue, and the expiration date.
  5. Upload a photo of the front and back of your card. The image should be clear, well-lit, and show the full card with no glare. JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB are accepted.
  6. Select Save.

What MediSprout does with this information

Your driver's license is stored securely and is HIPAA-compliant. It is visible only to you and to medical providers you are connected with. It is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

If your driver's license expires or you receive a new one, repeat the steps above to update it.
