Medical Personnel and patients can access a record of their past visits and access to basic information such as: 

• Date and time of the visit 
• Patient and provider name 
• Status of the visit 

They can also access to more information such as:

• reason for the visit 
• preferred date and time 
• supporting documents 
• messages from provider
