Provider capabilities within the MediSprout app

Here’s a review of provider capabilities within the MediSprout app

Visits and settings capabilities

  • View a list of upcoming and past visits for all providers and patients within your organization. 
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel visits for any provider or patient in your organization. 
  • Add yourself to a visit or join a visit if you are invited. 
  • As the visit owner, view the guests listed in the visit.
  • From Upcoming Visits, view Visit Details and send messages to scheduled patients. 
  • From Upcoming Visits, view Visit Details to upload documents. 
  • Enable or disable two-factor authentication on your account.
  • Change your (provider) password. (You cannot change another user’s password.) 
  • View organizational information. 
  • Access emergency and consent forms (via Organizational Information). 

If you are an administrator and your organization has the Visit request function enabled, you can 

  • See the list of requested visits.
  • Schedule and assign (or reject) visits to any provider within your organization. 
  • Add a secondary provider to the visit. 
  • Receive notifications as an In App message from all requested visits. 

Personnel management capabilities 

  • View or add personnel and assign roles and responsibilities. 
  • Edit personnel information. 
  • Resend invites to personnel. 

Patient management capabilities 

  • View, add, or resent invites to patients and edit information up until the account is activated. 
  • Check out this helpful video for information on adding personnel and patients. 

Subscriptions

In Subscriptions, the administrator of the account is the only person in the organization who can access and edit subscription information. Capabilities include:

  • View and edit plans.
  • View and edit payment methods.
