Everything about the Free Tier and Subscription Plan
Every provider using MediSprout will receive four free visits per month. We call that our Free Tier and this is the message that you will see in your panel as soon as you login that makes this call.
After those four Free Tier visits, each provider completing additional visits will take up one seat. Each seat will require a $75 per month subscription per provider and includes Unlimited Visits.
Administrators of Organizations that are not yet subscribed, will be able to understand on real time through the message displayed on the color bar what is the status of the providers on their Organization in reference to the free tier as you can see below (notice the message has now changed not only its color green to pink but also the message that is displayed).
About the status of providers and the free tier as mentioned before, a provider can be :
- safely under the free tier limit (below 3 visits)
- approaching the free tier limit (have completed 3 free visits)
- at free tier limit (have reached the 4 free visits threshold)
Providers that have completed the 4 visits threshold (Free Tier), will be still able to schedule visits but Administrators will still receive same message asking for subscriptions and Providers won't be able to complete their schedule visits unless the Admin ensures a seat to them (which is per provider). -Each seat is a $75 per month subscription

Once you press the Subscribe button the pop up to add a payment method will be displayed as you can see below:
After completing the payment information and pressing Save and Continue, you will be then asked to fill the information of your billing address as it follows:
Once completed the billing address section, your Subscription is now active and the following message will be displayed:
At the end of each month, you will be billed for the number of seats used. At the beginning of each month, the Free Tier counter will reset to four free visits. Scheduled visits that have not been completed will not count against your four Free Tier visits.
