In your MediSprout app, scroll and select your provider. If you are a patient of more than one organization, you will also need to select the organization.
Enter the reason for your visit.
Select visit dates and times suggested by MediSprout or enter your preferred date and time. Your provider will strive to meet your preferred time and data, based on provider availability.
Submit your visit request.
Next you will see confirmation that your request was received and the date and time your visit has been scheduled.
Use these same steps under Request a visit to reschedule a visit that is already scheduled.
Options: At this point, you can either Sign out and return to your visit later. Or to view visit information, select the Visit details button. Here, you can also upload supporting documents such as medical history or any documents requested by the provider.
If you’re ready to join a visit at this point, select the visit time and then select Join video visit.
If you would like to add a guest to your visit, select Invite a guest before joining the visit. You will see a visit link in a popup window. Copy the link and send it to your guest by email or text.
How to cancel a visit
If your visit has already been accepted and scheduled, you can only cancel the visit by contacting your provider’s office directly. If your visit has not been accepted and scheduled and would like to cancel, go to My visit requests and select Visit details and then select Cancel visit request.
