As a provider, from the MediSprout main menu, select Settings and from the dropdown menu, select My information. On the bottom of the page that appears, you will see a field for inputting your NPI. Enter your NPI. Next to the field, select Validate. When the number is successfully validated, select Save.
To edit an existing NPI, follow the same pathway.
As an administrator, you can add an NPI for a newly added provider whose information is already entered. From the MediSprout main menu, select Settings. From the dropdown menu, select Manage personnel. Find the provider for whom you want to add an NPI number. From that provider’s three-dot vertical menu on the right, select View/edit . Enter the NPI number in the field provided. Select Validate, then select Save.
