How to carry out a video visit

In the main MediSprout menu, select Visits, then Upcoming visits

If your patient is not in the waiting room, select Notify the patient I am ready. That button will update to Waiting for patient. The patient will receive an email and text notification that you are waiting. The patient is in the virtual waiting room when the visit list button updates to Join video visit.

If your patient is in the virtual waiting room, select Enter the visit to automatically bring you and your patient together in the meeting room.

If this is your first visit using MediSprout, the platform will ask you to allow access to your device's camera and microphone. 

Once in the visit, you can access settings to adjust your camera, speakers, and microphone. Additional options include mute, and unmute, camera on or off (if access was allowed), as well as an option for screen sharing. 

Selecting the arrow option will also option tabs for messages, adding documents, and notes. 

End a video visit.
