Anytime you set up a new patient account, or any time after, you can add a guardian to that account for that patient.
Sign in to MediSprout and select your organization. From the main menu, select Patients. Then select Add patient. Enter the requested new patient information. To add a guardian for that patient, select Add contact for this patient. If the contact you’re adding is also a patient, select the Yes radio button and use the drop-down menu in the contact box to find that existing patient’s contact information. Use the Relationship with patient drop-down box and select Guardian. If the contact is not an existing patient, select No and type in the new contact information. Use the Relationship with patient drop-down box and select Guardian.
Select Save to save the account changes.
To add a second guardian, again select Add contact for this patient and add the requested information just as you did with the first guardian.
You can add a guardian to an existing account anytime by selecting Patients from the main menu. Select the patient you are looking for from your patient list, then GUARDIANS from the three options below the patient details. Select the Add caregiver/guardian button. Enter the requested information in the module and click Add caregiver/guardian button on the module to save.
You can have up to two guardians per patient account.
To add a dependent, select Patients from the main menu, then select the Add patient button. In the popup module, select Dependent under Select patient type. Enter the required information and select Save.
