How to schedule an in-person or video visit
In the main menu, select Visits, then select Schedule a new visit. From your patient list, select the patient for whom you would like to schedule a visit. Enter the required information including the provider, the reason for the visit, and the assigned date and time. A message to the patient is not required. Select the Schedule a visit button to save.
You can also schedule visits in the past to document appointments that have already taken place. When you select a date and time that is in the past, the system shows additional status options (Completed, No Show, and — for visits within the last 12 hours — Scheduled), and finalizes the visit automatically after the 12-hour window. A popup confirmation module will appear. In the module, you can View details to upload files, or update messages and notes. In the module, you can also update or cancel the visit.
