# How to access upcoming visit details

Open your MediSprout app and select **Visits** from the main menu, then **Upcoming Visits**. Here you can

- View the visit location, date, and time of visit. You will also be able to see the names of the patient and provider scheduled for the visit.
- View any patient documents that have been uploaded. You can upload provider documents here as well.
- Write or update a message to your patient. Your patient will be notified with the new or updated message.
- Select a specific visit to see more visit details.Select the action button for more options, including to update visit details, cancel a visit, or invoice a visit.
- Click **Invite a guest** to invite another provider or patient to join the visit. You can host up to four guests per visit, counting you and the patient.
