As the administrator of your MediSprout app, you can make edits or updates to personnel information within your organization.
In your MediSprout app, go to the Settings menu, then Manage personnel. From the personnel list, select the View/edit option inside the vertical three-dot menu on the far right of the row to display the Personnel Details popup module. Enter the requested personnel information in the popup modal and Save.
While you can edit information and add roles, you cannot remove an already assigned role. If you would like to remove personnel from your organization, please contact our 24/7 product support team.
