When to use each channel
- Live chat is best for quick questions, status checks, and step-by-step guidance during a session.
- Email is best for detailed requests, screenshots, or issues you can describe in writing and don't need answered immediately.
- Phone is best for urgent issues — for example if you can't access a scheduled visit or your account is locked.
Languages supported
The support team responds in English and Spanish. When you reach out, you can write or speak in either language; the team will respond in the language you used.
Information that helps us help you
When you contact support, having a few details ready speeds up the response:
- Your account email (the one you use to sign in).
- Your role (patient, provider, administrator, scheduler, or biller).
- The name of your organization (if applicable).
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
- The browser and device you're using (especially for web app issues).
