MediSprout partners with Stripe so providers can receive secure payment, create invoices, and view patient payment transactions. As a Level 1 Service Provider, Stripe offers the highest level of certification for payment processors. End-to-end encryption makes card payments secure and brings peace of mind for you and your patients.
Connect to Strip to open a new account or edit account information
Before you start, have the following information ready:
- ID
- Business name and address
- Business phone number
- Business website
- Business tax ID number
- Business email address
- Business bank account and routing numbers
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Social Security number
- Customer support phone number
- Customer support email
On MediSprout, go to the main menu and select Billing. Then select Invoices from the drop-down option. Select the Connect to Stripe button. At this point, you will temporarily leave the MediSprout site and be taken automatically to Stripe. Enter the requested information and continue through verification and account setup steps. Once you select Agree & submit, you will be returned to the MediSprout invoices page.
With your Stripe account set and active, you will now be able to receive instant payments and create patient invoices.
If you have previously set up a Sprite account and generated invoices, you will also see your complete Invoice List in this view. Select any invoice to see transactions, if any.
Create a new invoice
Select the Create invoice button to create an invoice. A popup box will appear. Enter the requested information and select the Create invoice button or select Cancel to start over or exit the popup box. Newly created invoices will appear on your invoice list. Select the Create invoice button to generate another invoice. New invoices will automatically be sent to patients and appear in their MediSprout app under Invoices.
