Sign in to MediSprout. Your display will default to a monthly calendar view. But you can then select your preferred view of the calendar, by Month, Week, or Day.
To schedule a new visit, select the day on the calendar on which you want to schedule a visit. You cannot schedule a visit for a past date.
Enter the requested information into the scheduler. Select Schedule a visit to save the day, time, and visit details to your calendar. (Your patient will be notified by email and in-app notifications with the date and time of the newly scheduled visit.)
With a successful scheduling, your screen will automatically redirect back to the calendar view. You see the new visit scheduled for the date and time you entered.
To edit or cancel a scheduled visit, or to add a note to a scheduled visit, select the scheduled visit in the calendar to show the visit details. From the visit details, select Edit visit, Cancel visit, or Add note from the three vertical dot options at the top right corner of the box.
Canceled visits will appear with a strikethrough on your calendar.
When you are ready to start a visit, select the scheduled visit from the calendar and then select the Notify patient I’m ready button.
Use the responsive filter tools at the top of the calendar to search for scheduled visits to show status, or to edit, add notes, or cancel.
Remember, you can always schedule patient appointments via Visits in the main menu. Appointments scheduled through Visits in the main menu will appear on your calendar.
