To cancel a monthly subscription, go to the Subscription menu and select Subscription plan and then Cancel a subscription.
Because subscriptions are good through the end of each month, your canceled subscription for Unlimited Visits will begin the following month. You will still receive the four Free Tier visits, per provider, per month.
Be advised that some providers may not be able to complete visits already scheduled in the month you have canceled.
